1 garlic clove, crushed
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp olive oil
handful of fresh herbs such as parsley, basil or coriander, finely chopped
Mix the garlic, lemon juice, olive oil and herbs in a large bowl and season well.
Marinate the chicken for 1-2 hours.
